With just over 12 months in the UK market Encove Ltd importers of Deko Sports® clothing are looking at further developing the Deko® ranges on offer. To that end Mr M Rizwan (pictured), managing director of Ar.Nis Mufex Industy and Deko Sports® took time out from his European tour to call at our warehouse in Sunderland to discuss new ideas. With the escalating costs of raw material used in many technical products such as cycling shorts and mountain bike shorts it is a case of redeveloping many items to maintain high quality at competitive prices. Items on the agenda included ladies cycling wear, waterproof jackets, cycling gloves, sublimation clothing and a new development in baggy mountain bike shorts.

Baggy Shorts

The new range of baggy cycling shorts are currently under final approval should be with us late spring. They are a produced in durable polyester fibre with a cotton like feel in 5 colour option. There will be an also be the option to purchase with or without a G-tex padded under-short. The target price for the shorts is under £20.

Gloves

Cycling gloves are an essential item in every cyclist’s kit. While there probably isn’t a glove that will do everything, Encove will look to develop a range of cycling gloves competitively priced for all seasons and all weathers
